We offer a 30-day prorated money-back guarantee on all plans.
If you’re not satisfied with Edgar, simply contact us at [email protected] within the first 30 days of your billing cycle, and we’ll issue a prorated refund to your original payment method.
Note: MeetEdgar bills in USD. For foreign transactions, the currency conversion will happen after the charge and will be performed by your credit card provider.
How to Cancel Your Edgar Account
You can cancel your account at any time by following these steps:
Go to Settings
Navigate to the Subscription section
Click Close My Account
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your cancellation
Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will be fully canceled.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we’ll automatically retry charging your payment method up to 4 times within one week. If all attempts are unsuccessful, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
