Our Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day prorated money-back guarantee for annual plans. If you're not satisfied with Edgar, simply write us within your first 30 days of an annual billing cycle and we'll provide a prorated refund back to your original payment method.

For monthly plans, we'd be happy to offer a prorated refund within 7 days of the first charge in the form of Edgar credits. These will remain in your account indefinitely and can be used whenever you'd like to rejoin.


Cancel an Edgar Account

Edgar accounts can be cancelled account at any time by going to the Settings page. Under the Subscription section, click on the Close My Account link. You will need to follow the steps to confirm your cancellation.

Account cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.  

Refund Request

To request a refund on an eligible account, please cancel the account first, and then send us a message at [email protected] to request your refund.

Annual subscriptions will also default to cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Please reach out to request an immediate cancellation and prorated refund.
