Current MeetEdgar customers and those with inactive accounts can access billing information from the Settings page after logging into the app.
Where can I find printable invoices?
On the Settings page, click Printable Invoices to view your invoices.
On the Printable Invoices page, you'll be able to see payment history as well as the status of a payment.
For all paid invoices, you'll be able to click on the date to view a printable copy.
If a coupon is applied to an invoice, it will appear in the Coupon column.
Blank Space: Pending/Future scheduled charge
Paid: Paid in full
Processing: The first attempt to charge the card on file has failed, and Edgar will retry in a day or so
Failed: Edgar was unable to process this payment and no further attempts will be made
Does MeetEdgar send email copies of payment receipts?
After a successful charge, Edgar automatically sends you an email receipt with the subject line [MeetEdgar] Payment Processed - Thank You.
The receipt displays the plan you're currently subscribed to, the charge amount, and the last four digits of the card charged.
**NOTE: MeetEdgar bills in USD. For foreign transactions, the currency conversion will happen after the charge and will be performed by your credit card provider.
What forms of payment does Edgar accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diner's Club.

How will a charge for MeetEdgar appear on my credit card statement?
The subscription charge for Edgar will show up on your credit card statement as meetedgar.com.
Note that when the charge is first authorized and is still pending, it shows up as our payment processor: STRIPE or STRIPE.COM. After the payment settles, which usually takes between 2 and 5 business days, the statement description will show up as meetedgar.com.
Does MeetEdgar apply VAT information?
MeetEdgar is an American business to business company. As such, we do not provide VAT information nor do we withhold or pay VAT. If you need to add additional information to your invoices like your company name, you can do so by editing your profile information on the Settings page. You can use the Address and Phone Number fields to add any company information you'd like, including your VAT number.
