Top Tips for Scheduling Threads with MeetEdgar

While scheduling Threads can save time and improve efficiency, there are two key best practices to ensure you get the most out of your posts.

  1. Post at the Best Times and Stay Flexible
Scheduling your posts when your audience is most active is essential for maximizing engagement and visibility in the Instagram algorithm. Avoid setting posts too far in advance, as unexpected events may require pausing or adjusting content to avoid appearing tone-deaf. MeetEdgar’s "Pause Queue" option lets you easily suspend posts when needed.

  2. Balance Evergreen Content with Trends
While scheduling evergreen content is useful, it’s also important to leave room for timely, trending topics. Social media moves quickly, and balancing scheduled content with real-time posts—such as trending topics or memes—helps you stay relevant and engaging.

By applying these practices, you can make your Threads posts more impactful and maintain a dynamic presence on the platform.
