The account details management page for your Edgar account can be accessed by clicking on the 'Settings' button on the left hand navigation bar, then clicking on the 'Account details' card. You can also access your account details by clicking on the user icon on the top left hand side of the screen, then clicking 'Settings'.
How do I edit my profile details?
Click on “Edit Profile” to change profile details like your name, email address, address, time zone, and password.
How do I change my time zone?
Your time zone will be set to the time zone you are physically located in at that time you sign up for Edgar. To change it, follow the steps below:
Go to Settings (click on your name in the top nav bar and choose Settings)
In the Profile section, click on "Edit Profile"
Select the time zone you'd like MeetEdgar to use, enter your password, and save the settings.
How do I change my billing information?
Click on “Edit Details” in the Payment section of the Settings page to change the credit/debit card associated with your account.
How do I change my plan?
To upgrade from Eddie Lite to the Edgar plan or to switch from monthly to annual billing, click the Change Subscription button in the Subscription section of the Settings page.
